Okay, having completed the right wing’s ER Tank Access Panel yesterday, I decided to get the left wing’s leading edge down from the shelf and get it’s panel cut.

The initial measurement was 4.25″ which lets me nest it in place to trace a perfect line.

Here it is halfway cut.

Here is the panel nested, traced, and ready for trimming.

Finally, after trimming, edge finishing (no blood this time), and test fit….
